EXPLORER ULTRA MONEY MAKING SCHEME

I received the new Explorer Ultra and opened the box to check the item. I decided I don't want it and now when I try and return it, I have to pay R350 just for opening the box!! Called the call centre and was advised this is their policy. Once the box is opened, a fee of R 350 is charged. Have you have heard of such *******?? DON'T FALL FOR THE OFFER OF THE EXPLORER ULTRA. It's just a money making scheme.
