Explorer Special can't keep up with demand!!!

On seeing the special on DSTV for the explorer 799 a month for two years, we were so excited, sounded like a good deal.. Well.. That was 6 weeks ago! No one at multichoice can assist with follow up on my order ( which I was approved of ) so we now waiting for some phantom courier company to deliver! But no phone number or tracking number is supp****! DSTV have been quick to debit my account, even though we don't have the goods! I phone through again yesterday to follow up, only to be told that the company I was told ha the contract for delivery ( on the dot couriers ) is no longer involved! Tht someone in the multichoice all centre had to email the new company my complaint and someone would phone me back... That was already more than 24 hours ago! Why no contact details! Why has it taken 6 weeks already with no feedback and why have you already taken money from me without delivery!!! This is a shambles!!!
