EXPLORER SE G.....
On the 12th of July 2022 i upgraded to the new Explorer. i informed the agent that i was on the full bouquet dual view and was told that this would not be a problem & that i will enjoy the same benefits as before. DSTV sent their own installer and my family were told on the day that i had to buy extra equipment for me to view in my bedroom & that is not what i was promised by their agent. The installation was done[in my absence] & was done unprofessionally as wires are still hanging loose. one of 2 things must happen, DSTV to listen to the recording & witness what i was promised,2 remove their nonsense from my house.....
