Explorer problems & extra view on PVR

I got the explorer deal from them it was installed about 2weeks ago on a friday.It worked fine I called in on the following mon to enq on da boxoffice that was not working the lady that assisted me guided me to reset to factory settings & transferred me 2 someone else without advising me she transferred me.The next guy I spoke to advised that box office will only download from that mon evening.Since that moment I cannot watch tv at all it freezes on every single channel.I called in again that same evening I was told its a HD problem.HD said thats its an installation problem of which I did not agree as it was workibg fine until that women told me to reset.I have made several calls to the call centre &amp
