Explorer Lost

Good Day, I app**** for the explorer plan on dstv and was approved and told that it would take 7 days for delivery. When I called back after 2 weeks I was told that it was pending on Multichoice side, no record on the on the dot side and told to go between each of the departments to find out where it is.<br> <br> This is unacceptable client service and at this point I am still awaiting someone to contact me from multichoice after having left my details. The call centre lady Anthea advised that she cannot do anything nor could she even transfer me to her supervisor as there was problems with their phones. I explained to her that I was not happy and expected someone to call me back but I am still waiting
