EXPLORER INSTALLATION HORROR
I recently signed up for Dstvs explore package for R899. It took them 2 weeks to get an Explorer to my house and an additional 5 days to have it installed. I had to contact a 3Rd party to install as per the brochure in the box. RPL installations came and installed it but refused to to set up the extra as they only do the Explorer installation. So now for the past week I have been calling the call center and it took me nowhere. Ref ***6/I74 and ***6/I77. I really hope I get help <br>
