explorer disaster

The reason I bought an explore is so i can catch up anytime for convenience. But nowadays i catch up when u decide i have to.. shows are not uploaded on time like what's happening? can you please fix this issue and allow some of us to enjoy our money's worth because for now your explorer is as good as the normal decoder.
