Exploration 3A manufacturing/technical problem

Their Explora 3A decoder last for about 2 years then the hard drive gets *******ed which is a manufacturing problem.I had to replace my second one now that gave me that problem and they don't want to take responsibility for their mistake.I think it is totally unfair that they let the user take responsibility for a manufacturing problem which they are aware of.
