Explora - when am I getting one?

When am I going to be able to actually get my Explora decoder.<br> A month or two ago I sms'd DPP to the designated number and absolutely NO call back or response of any kind.<br> Yesterday I call customer care and get told my details will be sent through to Explora who will call me.<br> You advertise the Explora to DEATH and tell us to get it ad nauseum and then NADA. I have a sneaky suspicion you don't have the stock to support the demand.<br> Well put your money where your mouth is and contact me and send me my Explora!
