Explora Useless

The worst service ever. If you can, avoid Multichoice at all costs. Have had an Explora decoder that simply stopped working as an Explora and couldn't record or even pause. The harddrive was *******. When you call in you get put on hold for 30 minutes, most probably a strategy to get the customers hang up. The self service on WhatsApp is nothing but a joke, don't even waste your data on it as it's useless. Got the Explora that was not even 3 months old and the new replacement piece of junk refuses to record.
