Explora used as money ****

I really hate the fact that hello Peter might be the only way to get some assistance... I spoke to a guy on May 18th to receive the explora decoder on my compact subscription and pay only R499 for 24mnts. I repeatedly asked him if I will be paying R499 plus the money I've been paying all along he said no only R499 per month I agreed and the installation was done one the 29th May 2021. My viewing was cut off on the 13th June and was told to make a payment to continue viewing yet my debit has always been scheduled for 15th each month. On the 15th I was debited R890 the reason therefore I still do not know. I went onto my app and discovered that this month I will be paying R669. I would like to know if this was your way of getting money through dishonesty or what? If this continues then you might aswell come and take your explora and put back my old decoder because really I do not have money just laying around
