Explora Ultra price lock is a **** 😒

Last month I went to Multichoice agency to inquire about my billing which i was high R910 for Explora Ultra compact plus price lock , i was told that my bill is high because of Netflix that i am not even subscribed to ,i was told to unsubscribe online but how can i unsubscribe to something i didn't subscribed to,i called Netflix to complain they said I'm not their client they can't help me to unsubscribe, im very frustrated because yesterday they billed me for Netflix again,I'm thinking of taking the Explora dish back to the agency,I'm supposed to pay R644 not I'm paying R858 please help 😢
