Extremely poor quality decoders. Explora Ultra got hardware issues. *********** staff at the call centre. Got tripled billed because of that. Team leader never in the office to assiat with resolving the issues. I had to pay for something that I dont have!!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!!!!

The matter is still not resolved. The Ultra is still on my account and I get billed for it.
Your call centre tried to put me through to cancelation department but after 30 minutes on hold the line only cuts me off.
My services were also suspended this morning due to non payment but my debit order is only scheduled for the 10th?????
The gentleman who called me yesterday said he will phone me back with feedback but till now no phone call!!!!
