I took the DPP option 2 weeks ago and was told that i would get a call in 24-48 hours to arrange delivery, the *********** consultant took down my cell number incorrectly and i was forced to call the delivery company On The Dot a week later to arrange delivery. The device was delivered on Monday, upon opening the box yesterday i find that the Switch as well as the Uni-cable that runs from the switch to the decoder is not in the box, so i phone up DSTV and speak to a consultant named Nokutula who apologized and promised me delivery of the 2 missing items within 24 hours, called up today to confirm that all is in order and that ill be receiving the missing items and was now told by another consultant that these items are no longer included in the box, i then asked to speak to a manager and was handed over to Jacob, Jacob says that if it was not clearly specified that these things are no longer included then i am not at fault, further to that advised that i would need to wait +-72 hours for feedback which is absolutely ridiculous, after more of a fuss i was told that he will bypass the usual TAT and get back to me ASAP, still waiting for the call... Seriously Frustrated now!
