Explora stuck on load
Hey, I am very happy with my explora, and happy with the service from Multichoice, thank you for that. The reason for writing is that I had a power outage and now my decoder won't work. It shows \load"on the decoder"

Kindly take your decoder in for testing at the nearest Multichoice branch or agency. Our technical team will check your decoder and identify the cause of the problem.
