Explora special a joke!

After being contacted numerous times by DSTV call centre and being sent many messages regarding DSTV Explora special, i signed up for the R899 option - delivery and installation included.<br> <br> Six weeks later and 7 phone calls I have no Explora, Multichoice has happily been debiting me with an increased fee and according to them the decoder was delivered and even though they have no proof of receipt from me they have decided to do nothing.<br> <br> This is unacceptable.
