Explora reboots every 5mins

<p>my explora that i bought only last year is rebooting every 5mins and i took it in but technician could not tell me what the problem is. his only solution was that i need to pay R700 to get a new one since i my warranty expired. i cannot pay R700 without knowing the problem with my current decoder and because it is clear that the decoder is the faulty one. If it was due to my negligence i would understand but this technician made it clear that a new decoder may give me the same problem next year. this tells me that multichoice knows that their explora has factory fault. I cannot pay R850 every month then be expected to pay R700 each time the decoder decides to reboot every 5mins. can someone please tell me what the problem is</p>
