Hi. Kindly note that my Explora has been rebooting itself every 4-5 mnts since sunday the 9th Oct. Is there any way to resolve this by myself or it's still a general problem for all explora users as i was told? My question to Dstv is, are you going to refund me for all those days i could not watch my favourite channels in peace? I think you should because if i were to skip my monthly premium, you would disconnect my smartcard until i make a payment and also charge me a re-connection fee. So please, do the right thing and fix this mess and refund me since i am paying to watch dstv channels.
