Explora Promise

I have taken up the deal for the Explora decoder for R799 per month. A lady from the call centre called me two days later after my sms and confirmed all my details. She also informed me that they will call me within 9 days to organize delivery. Its almost a month of waiting, I called the call centre and got the consultant to escalate the matter, after which he informed me that the matter will be resolved within 2 to 4 days. Up to now i have not heard anything from Multichoice regarding this deal. One would think that paying so much for dstv per month at least warrants you some sort of service but clearly it is not the case. I do not know how a massive company like Multichoice can conduct business like this.
