Explora Problems

Bought the explora about a year ago, 6 months down the line we had the 1st problem. The HDMI port blew out. Went to 2 Multichoice installers, they cant help. I had to go the the Multichoice centre in Lynnwood. Sat there for longer than an hour, got helped with replacement decoder (one that was already broken and apparently fixed). 2 Months later the same problem, sent my wife there this time where it took them 3 hours to give her another \fixed"decoder after 4 that they tested on site did not work. The 5th one eventually worked and off she went. Now 3 months later the same problem. The HDMI port does not work once again and today my wife pitched up at the same Lynnwood Multichoice centre just be told she now had to pay R 600.00 as the waranty has expired. Now this is very bad service. Multichoice sells you a Explora for R 2 000.00"
