Explora price lock - non delivery of decoder

On 27 March 2017 I app**** for a price lock explora contract.

On 28 March at 14:27 I received an SMS telling me that my application has been approved and Multichoice would keep in touch by SMS to let me know what happens next.

On Monday 3 April I had a call from the Multichoice call centre to say that my application had just been approved. (This is a week after I had received the SMS) I asked when the Explora would be delivered and they said it would take at least a week. I explained that I was going to be away from Thursday and asked them nicely to see if they could deliver by Wednesday. This was escalated to a superviser (Lebo) who said she would see what she could do. It is now late Wednesday and there has been no update or delivery so I have just got off the phone to the call centre and have been told that my application is stuck in the system and has never moved to the delivery stage. Another supervisor, Tebogo said that she would send a request to the finance department to get them to move the application on so that it could move to the delivery stage.
It looks like the DSTV systems do not function and nobody seems to know what is going on. I am told different things by different call centre agents and I still have not received my explora and neither do I have any indication of when it will be delivered.

I was promised that one of the managers in the call centre would phone me this afternoon to discuss my problem, but I don't think that that will happen.
