Explora package ordered over 3 weeks ago
We ordered the DSTV Eplora package for R849 p/m though multichoice over 2 weeks ago. We were advised that the device will be delivered with 10 days from the order but still haven't received the device even though the debit order has gone off a week ago. When we phone the customer center, they just keep saying they will escalate but nothing happens thereafter.
