explora not working for new season search

i always look for new seasons on the explora new season search. i have noticed that there are so many new seasons that have started and the search does not pick them up. it is very frustrating as we then miss the shows and i have to wait for family members to inform me of the new shows and seasons that have started. voice kids is about to start and it is not getting picked up on the new season search. this is very bad i don't think your IT and programming team are very good.
