Explora not pairing

I just bought a decoder Explora it's more than two weeks now. I have to call DStv since installer ask me to call DStv to pair it nothing I even call ON Air company to fix the matter they promised me they will escalate the matter I even went to DStv branch. The branch tell me I must drive to Randburg. If they fail to assist on phone which I use my airtime now I have to drive to them. Non of this companies helped me. All I'm asking let them fix this matter or take their explora, cause nothing help.
