Explora - Non Performance / No feedback
I sent a sms to DSTV like they advertise on TV - they will then phone you back to make sure you get the Explora. I phoned on the 4th of November 2015 and they confirmed that they will deduct my delivery fee on the 5th, with delivery to follow immediately. On the 11th they still did not deduct the delivery fee and I have not had any feedback. On the 9th I sent another sms to them - they phoned me on the 10th and confirmed that they finalised everything and they don't know why the debit order did not deduct. They promised to phone me back immediately. I have still not heard a word from them - I need to follow-up all the time - they do not deliver on their promises.<br> <br> What can one do know?
