Explora non delivery

In April i got a call from data advertising dstv explorer and making an offer. I accepted and they promised to deliver in 14 days. I followed up after this time and were told that they have benn trying to phone me. I confirmed my contact details with them and they promised to phone for a delivery date. I have been phoning every week since then but im told that the matter is being escalated i call. The operators refuse to put me through to the supervisor. Its been 4 months since the order and the pity is that i have been payinh for it monthly. I wouldn't recommend dstv and their explorer to anyone.dstv is running a ****. I wonder if they robbing the poor because they know theyve got monopoloy of the market.
