Explora never delivered
Evening <br> <br> We phoned dstv on Friday 15may for decoder assistance, the agent was kind enough to offer us a deal for R850 per month and the explora will be delivered to our door.. A day or two later I phoned to follow up where the agent rep**** that the call was never logged. The next week I was phoned to clear the terms and conditions of the deal. A few days later we were phoned to find out whether our device was delivered, instead of finding out and getting back to me the lady just said they will still contact me, it has now probably been three weeks and we have not heard Anything since
