Explora keeps rebooting every 5 minutes
My decoder keeps turning off every 5 minutes, I called the call center and the technician told me everything is fine on his side but it could be an error in the decoder. Why is my decoder going off and you guys can't see the problem? The next thing it will switch off for good.
