Explora installation not working properly

Took out the R899 deal for an explora decoder two weeks ago. The installer, Collin of Barsatellite Robertson, came and installed decoder. However after a week there was still no box office and very little catch up. Phoned DSTV and they indicated I must wait another week for this to load. A week later and still nothing. Phoned Multichoice again and they now say decoder was not installed properly and I must phone installer. Phoned installer who indicated it is not the installation but Multichoice that have supp**** old decoders with software problems etc etc etc. Basically its not his problem and he will not come out again unless he is paid another call out fee etc etc. I will not pay more money for something that is not my fault or my problem. Multichoice needs to sort this out one way or the other.
