Explora installation night mare / poor, money and time wasting service

I AM VERY FRUSTRATED AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS.

Brian from Dish Africa Satellites ( ********** / ********** contacted me around 5pm yesterday and advised that he will be in my house by 18:30 to do installation, i waited for him almost 30 munities after the time he said he will come, called him twice he kept on saying he is coming. he came around 7pM.

when he came he did all connections and he did not wait to activate the new device he told me that he have to go to his office in order to activate this dives at about 8pm my device should be working, he called at about 8:05pm to ask if machine is activated, i told him that there is still that error massage that he left and i can't watch the TV. before he left i told him that he needs to make sure that the everything is working before he can leave, around 9pm he called and then he told me that i must call the call centre and get the account activated myself which is not what the consultant told me. He then tells me that my Explora device and smart card don't match and there is nothing he can do i have to fix it with Multichoice, we did not watch TV yesterday till today.

he promised that today in the morning he will come fetch the machine and take it to Multichoice since i am working and i can't stay without TV the whole week, this morning i called him he advised that he is going to the office there after he will call me when he come to collect, i called him at 10:42am he told me that i am not a priority as he have other jobs that Multichoice allocated him and he can't promise that the will take machine and get it sorted out?

IS THIS THE SERVICE THAT WE PAY FOR AT Multichoice? Is this how we get treated, not a priority when nothing is being done and you messed up my TV, he rather come back and connect the old machine since that was working before he comes.

The service is very bad and stressing, time and money wasting for nothing.
