Explora installation!!!

My mom and I swapped our old pvr decoder for an explora at the multichoice in Karen Park. We were asked to pay R799 for installations and we did. After payment, when we were asked to book for installations, we discovered that we would have to pay an extra fee for transport to our home in Mpumalanga and we asked if we can be connected with an installer back home. The lady at the desk advised that we go to our nearest dstv outlet (Phola mall) and ask for an installer there, she even gave us a form to fill in for the installers to claim from multichoice. We, however, could not be assisted at the dstv outlet in phola mall. The reason they gave us was the exolora box we had with us did not have a yellow sticker. We are very frustrated because we have spoken to more than 3 accredited installers but they all cannot help us!
