Explora delivery
On the 24th of February i was called by Multichoice pricelock people, offering me a Explora at R759 and i should on be the debit order for me to qualify, and that the delivery will take place in 7Days. Today its 4 months down the line, countless of phonecalls to multichoice,no delivery has taken place and no follow up. Everytime i call i find a different person who either tells me i need to be on debit order to qualify or escalating the problem. The sad part was that they called me and told me that multichoice wanted to thank me by offering me a 24month contract at R759 and i accepted and now im the one chasing after them. Multichoice is very cruel cause they don't care about their customers. Why do i have to chase them for it,and they are the ones who called and offered,i kept my end of the bargain, was it a **** to get me to agree to the debit order so they can get their money?.. They are happily getting their money and forgot all about me.
