Explora Decoders

<p>Recently installed two (2) Explora's linked with Xtraview. Continually receive messages on both ; "Please insert smartcard". I have never removed the smartcards. This is disruptive as it disrupts viewing and also preset recodings.</p> <p> </p> <p>Have repeatedly contacted the call centre but only response I can garner is; "bring the dcoders in for checking".</p> <p> </p> <p>With tears iin my eyes I ask; "what is the probability of two (2) new decoders both having the same problem"? After having checked with numerous other Explora users I am informed that the problem is not pecu**** to me alone.</p> <p> </p> <p>In order to take the deoders in for "checking"I need to pay my installer to remove and subsequently to re-install the units. Additionally, it is a 25 km ride to the N1 Service Centre, which is not a cheap ride.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope that one of your emembers will be able to assist.</p>
