Explora deal for R799, costs me R1600!? #RIPOFF

I app**** for the Explora promotion capped at R 799.00 for 2 years as per ad. Eventually they called. I was approved and then I was advised that the courier company would contact me to arrange for delivery. This did not happen and they delivered the decoder which is still in its original packaging to my home address without a call to me. My son took delivery of the decoder after calling me to find out if i was expecting a package from DSTV!. I was away at the time and only got back now hence the reason I did not activate and this you can see on your system.I was advised that once I am able to connect I must call in for them to activate, I was NEVER advised that I will be charged my normal subscription as well as the pro-rata as well as the R799! before connection. If I was called for delivery as promised I would then not have taken delivery cause my actual instruction was that I would like it delivered to me Business address. I request that my money be refunded today, I did not expect this deduction and I have other commitments. I can send you pictures of the packaging of the Explora not opened.
