Explora deal cancelled, still being charged double

On 27 June I escalated to Multichoice that I was unhappy with my explora package that was sold to me and wasn't informed of the additions required to install (e.g. smart LNB, new dish) and was told I could simply plug in and go. I also complained that they hadn't cancelled my existing package and that I was being charged for both the PVR and Explora packages. I was then phoned back by an adviser who informed me they would cancel my Explora account, refund the over-charged amounts and come and collect the PVR. <br> <br> On 8 July the couriers came and collected the Explora from my house per instruction from the multichoice agent. <br> <br> To date, almost 2 months later, I have still not been refunded AND my Explora account is still active, and I am still being charged for 2 multichoice accounts and an Explora that has been returned to them. This equates to about R3,000 that I have been over-charged, without any acknowledgement from multichoice other than to tell me it's another department that doesn't have a phone number. This other department has been escalated to on numerous occasions without a hint of a response. <br> <br>
