Explora contract

I took an explora contract with them and I was told that I will be paying R99 for a decoder and my monthly package of R279 and now I'm being told to pay R 670,23 they told me for services,what service it's my first day today of explora that doesn't even work bcoz I was told they are buzy fixing the error,im not gonna pay that money while my package is R 279,please help hello Peter
