Explora contact bungled

I took out a contract on the 11 November 2015 for a explora for 149 per month. On the same day I sent an email to [Email Removed] informing them that I was no longer interested, *** was the reference number I received and a message that they have escalated my query to the relevant department. That was the last I heard from them. They then debited my account. I was called by a courier company asking where they should deliver the Explorer and I told them not to as I don't need it anymore.
