Explora approved in Jan2015 but still not delivere
My name is Chantal Grotto. In January the explora had been approved for R800/R850 per month including delivery of the explora to my residence. After a few weeks the explora hadnt been delivered. I followed up in February only to be told they would investigate. March passed by and I called the call center, again only to be told it had been approved and delivery would commence. April came and I was contacted by a call centre agent trying to sell me the explora at which point I said it had been approved, which was confirmed by the system. I was told they would get back to me on delivery. May and June have both come and are almost closing and STILL NO EXPLORA... sigh...
