Explora and Mnet Go package - DON'T GO

I am highly annoyed and I want someone from DSTV to contact me. One of their consultants in Cape Town (at the N1 city service centre) told me on the 27 June that I could buy an Explora to enable my Mnet Go package to have a recording facility.

I went to Game and purchased a package for R1 600 with an Explora and installation. I've just spent the entire day with the installer attempting to get the Explora to work. I had to buy a moderator for R400 to get the TV in my bedroom to work properly. Finally at 3pm this afternoon both TV's were working.

I was told by the lady at counter 50 that if I pay R100 per month I can use the recording facility on the Explora with my Mnet Go package. I have just received a mail from Lusanda Manzingana who tells me that I would need to upgrade to any of your other packages as the PVR function is not included on the Mnet Go Package.

I acted on your advice - I would not have spent this money, nor would I have bought a moderator. My old decoder was set up and working perfectly. This has been a complete waste of my time and money. I am so annoyed. How are you going to make this right?
