<p>Bought an explora on Sunday 17-07-2016 and after advertising the decoder for R1499 ended up paying R2000 as I needed a LNB, why not advertise before you purchase FALSE ADVERTIING. Installed the decoder but it was not wroking and after 4 phone calls that costed me R100 still had no joy. Ended up googling the problem and fix it myself. Today stil do not have Catch Up or Boc Office and was told I had to pay another R180. No when you see your ads and you plan on paying R1500 but end up paying over R2000 it really is ridiculous. I am a premium customer but honestly feel like a idiot for buying this. </p>
