Good Day, I have had and paid for DSTV for about four years, My son has taken out the explora contract for R149.00 per month. When I called and asked them about the contract and the benefits, they DID NOT SAY THAT YOU MUST PAY FOR THE REWIND, THAT YOU MUST PAY FOR THE FASTFORWARD, THAT YOU MUST PAY FOR THE RECORDING. When they market the product they say THAT IT HAS A REWIND, A FAST FORWARD AND A RECORDING BENEFIT. They brag about the Office Box function, but when we look for this function it says THE OFFICE BOX IS NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR REGION.<br> <br> The uncaring inbound clerks waste not only our time but our airtime as well and then when the airtime is finished they DONT CALL BACK TO RESOLVE OR CONCLUDE YOUR QUERY.<br> <br> SINCE WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE A WHOLE HAPPY LOT OF SOUTH AFRICANS WHICH INCLUDES MYSELF ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE....THE MOVIES ARE ALWAY BEING REPEATED, CLERKS ARE STUPID AND RUDE AT TIME. MULTICHOICE WILL HAVE TO STEP UP THEIR GAME, AND NOT MISLEAD US AND ALSO TO LET THE CLERKS KNOW THEIR PRODUCT. mULTICHOLICE SHOULD ALSO CONSIDER OUR AIRTIME WHEN CALLING.
