Bought an Explora decoder after being told my SD PVR could not be supported anymore. Get SMS telling me it had been dispatched and would be delivered. Took two weeks! Another SMS telling me an installer will contact me within 24 hours! Four days later I contacted an installer. After installation try to rent movie on boxoffice and get error smart card not linked to boxoffice account. Numerous calls to call centre and promised a supervisor will contact me. Still waiting for reply days later.<br> <br> Atrocious service and do not care attitude.
