Explora 3A - Box Office Issue
I am livid at the service provided by DSTV. The call centre agents pass are *********** and pass the buck. For the amount of money paid each month for being Premium subscriber your service is putrid. My decoder was replaced by your Insurance Department for the Explora 3A due tot he PVR having formatting issues. For the last 2 weeks I spent hundreds of rand on airtime to get the Box Office resolved. I rent the movies successfully have SMS proof of that but it does not load as rented on the Box Office. Yet my account is being debited and we did not watch the movie . After numerous calls at my expense and trips to Multi choice in Goodwood where the ques are around the building nothing is resolved. I am a diabetic and putting my life at risk going out there but no service from DSTV, How can I be paying so much money but cannot utilise the Box Office?
