Explora 3 A

I bought this new Explora 3A but now I have to pay for rewind,foward, Recording and Catchup all this for extra on my package R95 per month why they the functions are there while you have to pay for them when you use them why buy an Explora which you can't use the functions without paying please assist as also they are repeating the programs every month nothing new
