Explora 24 months none existing!!

App**** for the promotion on the Explora 24 month contract on the 27th of November 2015.They said to me that I will have it in 5 working days.Never received a phone call nor a Explora.I was asked for R99 before delivery will take place.Paid it by Debitorder and nothing.Phoned today and spoke to 4 people.The last one told me its \pending"!Could not tell me anything else.She said I must call another number.Called it and there was no answer.Called later and they answered and said I must speak to someone with the name of Patricia but as per usual she did not answer.Hopefully she is sorting out all this **** because you cannot advertise something but then you cant deliver!This are a Carte Blanche story as well will be a good test for this Consumer Protection Act!!<br> I wish Multichoice can get some decent competition so they can catch a wake up!!!"""
