EXPLORA 2 DELIVERED WITH EXPLORA 1 WI-FI ROUTER

This is my 2nd writing to multichoice, I signed up for a price lock deal with them, but the installer registered with them informed me that the router they send me is the wrong one, and is not the one that is compatible with the explora 2. I'm paying for a service but only got one of the items we agreed upon. I want my wi-fi router that is compatible with the explora 2, and won't substitute for the router that came out with the 1st explora.......!!!!!!!!!!!!

i demand my wi-fi router to be replaced wit the correct one, I won't settle for the old fashioned router that needs to be connected to a PC in order to work..........................I want the wi-fi router compatible with the explora 2!!!!! this is not negotiable....
