Explora

I'm having a normal decoder (R699 per month) and decide to upgrade to the explora decoder for R799 per month. DSTV agents informed that I must install the explore when I receive it. What i understood form install is that you just unplug the normal decoder and replace it with the explora. Apparently that's not the way its been installed ...it's costing me between R3500 and R3800 to install the explora.<br> The DSTV agent also didn't give me a time frame for the explora to be installed and apparently you can still use you normal decoder with the explora and its in the price of R799 per month included. Several times I phoned and informed DSTV that I didn't install the explora yet because I don't have the money to do it. From the time I start informing them every time the call centre agent promised me that some one from DSTV will call me back...it's about 2-3months now and I'm still waiting. On 03/06/2015 I cancelled the debit order because DSTV deduct nearly R3000 without informing why. I pay the R699 per EFT. DSTV disconnect my decoder for outstanding money. It's now a week and still no response from them !!!!<br> No return calls or emails as promised !!!
