I am disgusted with the ease that Mulitchoice loses interest. They had no problem selling me the upgrade to an Explora but made no mention of any 'additional' charges. Now this month they bill me 3 times more than supposed to. No-one can confirm why and get to the amount debited. Some stupid reason of pro-rata has been mentioned however no proof has been mentioned. At no time was this mentioned to be me, but their recorded calls seem only for their protection not for me. <br> <br> Now no-one wants to actually refund me my owing monies....strange. You take quickly but have no interest to help a client that has been with you for years. And i can say i know i'm not the only one that has been dubbed by your accounts. I have other bills to pay and now because of your dishonest this has put me in a difficult position.
