Exploiting the elderly

As I'm typing this email I'm still holding on the phone the agent Noxolo decided not to continue with the conversation, she's so disrespectful as I'm am an elder. My package was upgraded without my consent, and I'm told it was done online, I don't even know how that works. I got a call from dstv sales people saying I qualify for an upgrade to a explorer for R499 for 24 months. I said to an agent I need to first consult my kids and never agreed to anything. To my surprise I'm now owing R644, Rude Noxolo can't even explain what happened, how did I get to that amount. Noxolo from customer service must call me and apologize for the filthy behavior.
