Experts at useless
In three occasions you have said you will get back to me after doing your investigation into this complete mess you have created. If you bother to check your proof of payment e mail inbox you will find about 60 e mails complete with the information you requested. You have not done that and you have yet to even confirm receipt of the e mail. I mean really? How can you possibly so be so completely hopeless in dealing with your customers? It’s like you absolutely don’t care one bit and i have to admit you are doing an excellent job of doing nothing to deal with this. Yes I know you wish I would go away but that’s not happening.
Do the right thing; accept and admit you have been more than tardy; you have treated me very badly (and continue to do so), and you owe me 2 weeks of viewing plus at least one additional month for dragging this out for near 4 months now.

Once again you acknowledge receiving my complaint and once again you say “ feedback will be communicated as soon as possible”. In fact this does not happen. You have not responded with feedback you simply repeat the same lies you write each time I submit comment to Hello Peter that is negative to DSTV.
You have been given details relating to my case. You have done nothing to address it. You will likely continue to do nothing because you are DSTV and I’m just a pawn.
Grow up and do your job properly.
How long is “as soon as possible”? I need you to give me a time frame.
